Need to pay back a friend for lunch? Texas Tech Credit Union members can instantly send money to each other.
You can add external accounts instantly or manually.
To add an account instantly you will use the external account’s online banking credentials to verify and add the account(s) as a transfer to or from option.
To manually add an external account, you will enter the routing number and account number to initiate microdeposits as part of the verification process. This process can take up to three (3) business days.
From the Move Money tab in online or the Transfers tab in mobile banking, click on ‘limits’ to see your daily, weekly, and monthly transfer limits.
External transfers submitted by 3pm (CST) on regular banking days are processed the same day. Credit to the receiving account could be posted as early as the next business day, but this will depend on the receiving bank’s procedures.
From the Move Money tab in online or the Transfers tab in mobile banking, you can designate how often you want this recurring transfer to occur from the Frequency options.
No, making international transfers is not possible via Texas Tech Credit Union’s online or mobile banking. If you would like to request an international wire transfer, please contact us at 806.742.3606.
