Texas Tech Credit Union does not charge international ATM fees when using an Allpoint Network ATM. To find an international ATM, visit the Allpoint locator. Additionally, a 0.6% cross-border fee and a foreign exchange fee up to 1.00% may be charged by Mastercard.
