Position Summary
Texas Tech Credit Union is seeking a technically skilled, hands-on Marketing Technology Analyst to lead the back-end execution of data-driven campaigns and digital experiences. This role will serve as the technical expert for marketing systems including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segmint, Alkami, and Webflow. You’ll design, build, and maintain the tools and automations that power our member journeys, website performance, and personalized outreach. This is a collaborative role that works closely with the IT team to create seamless and scalable member experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and manage automated member journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
- Create and maintain segmentation, personalization logic, and trigger-based workflows based on member behavior and lifecycle
- Ensure marketing data is accurate and actionable across systems by managing integrations between Salesforce, Segmint, Alkami, and related tools
- Deploy targeted marketing campaigns using Segmint and Alkami, leveraging transaction and behavioral data to drive personalization and member engagement.
- Manage the credit union’s website in Webflow, handling page updates, technical adjustments, bug fixes, SEO enhancements, and ADA compliance.
- Implement tracking, analytics, and tagging on-site to support campaign performance and optimization efforts.
- Integrate the website with external tools
- Own and enforce UTM tagging standards and campaign attribution processes across all marketing channels.
- Ensure data hygiene and campaign consistency within all systems
- Build reports or dashboards that measure campaign effectiveness, member engagement, production, Credit Union metrics and ROI
- Act as the hands-on administrator for all marketing platforms, ensuring systems are configured correctly, secure, and aligned with business goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation
- Proficient with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder) and CRM-based campaign execution
- Experience working with Segmint and/or Alkami, or other digital banking marketing platforms
- Familiarity with Webflow or similar CMS platforms, and comfort making light technical adjustments or troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of UTM tagging, tracking links, campaign attribution, and reporting
- Technically inclined with a knack for learning new tools, solving problems, and working cross-functionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing vendor relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
