  • Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment support, vendor coordination, data reconciliation, and assisting with leave or benefit-related processes as needed.
  • Lead the initial stages of the recruitment process including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring leaders.
  • Prepare materials, data summaries, and metrics for HR meetings, leadership reviews, and planning sessions.
  • Provide frontline support to employees and managers for routine HRIS, benefits, and process-related inquiries.

  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated interest in developing a career in Human Resources with a strong emphasis on HR systems, reporting, and operational excellence.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including experience building reports, dashboards, or working with complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycom strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality, data governance, and compliance standards.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and cross-functional requests in a fast-paced environment.
