Tyler Perez

Tyler is a Lubbock Christian University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has served members in the mortgage industry since 2014. He believes the best learning comes from real‑world experience and stays committed to continually growing his knowledge to better support those he serves. Tyler takes pride in helping members secure the loan amount they need while staying comfortably within their budget, guiding them confidently through every step of the process.

Outside of work, Tyler is dedicated to growing his investment business, spending quality time with his family, and pursuing personal growth. Authenticity, friendship, and knowledge are the values that guide his work—values he brings to every member interaction and all areas of his life.
