Born and raised throughout the Texas Panhandle, Ty Chisum proudly calls Lubbock home. A 2010 graduate of Lubbock Christian University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Ty brings a strong foundation of knowledge and a deep connection to the community he serves. Ty has been in the lending industry since 2011, with the past several years focused in mortgage lending. His experience and dedication allow him to guide members through the home financing process with confidence and care, making what can feel complex simple and approachable.

Passionate about helping families achieve the dream of homeownership, Ty finds great fulfillment in being part of such an important milestone. He believes every member deserves personalized service and clear communication from start to finish. Outside of work, Ty enjoys spending time with his four kids—Bentley, Kennedy, Bryce, and Kyler—who keep life fun and full of adventure. He’s also an avid supporter of Texas Tech Athletics and can often be found cheering on the Red Raiders at local events. Ty is proud to serve the Lubbock community and looks forward to helping you take the next step toward your homeownership goals.
